Refunds:
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. That includes courses, certifications, exams, and anything else listed on our website. We also do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.
Passing:
We cannot guarantee a student will pass the exams. Students receive two attempts at the exams. If you fail an exam two times, you will be required to repurchase the certification exam.
Printed Certifications:
Printed certifications are only provided when a course or certification test is purchased without the use of a discount or coupon code. If a discount or coupon code is utilized, you will not receive a printed certification.
