As soon as a student completes and successfully passes their certificate exam, they will receive a digital version of their certificate. We will also mail a physical copy within 14 days.
All of our certifications are good for a period of 2 years. At the 2 years, students are required to renew.
All students are given 2 attempts at the exam free of charge. If you fail after the second time, there will be a $25 fee for each additional attempt. We do not have a limit on the amount of attempts allowed.
All instructor courses have their individual requirements listed on the courses. You must be at least 18 years old, allowed to work in the USA, and trained in the field you'd like to be certified in. Certification is not required as long as you meet the training/work requirements laid out.
